1. Nature of Service

We are a UK‑registered data broker. We do not sell insurance or provide financial advice. Our service is a digital, personalised Data Insights Report indicating which insurers are most likely to offer competitive, best‑value quotes for your circumstances.

2. Ordering, Payment & Delivery

• Payment via Stripe is required before we begin work.
• Your report is a digital product delivered electronically (usually within 24 hours).
• under these Terms you confirm: “Begin my personalised report now — I waive my right to cancel once work starts.”

3. Accuracy of Information

Please ensure the details you provide are accurate and complete. Errors or omissions may affect our analysis and results.

4. No Financial Advice & No Guarantee

We provide data insights only. We do not guarantee any specific premium, acceptance or outcome from any insurer. Any decisions you make are between you and the insurer.

5. Refunds

• Because the report is custom digital work, once work begins the order is non‑cancellable and non‑refundable, except where required by law.
• If we fail to deliver the report as described, contact us and we’ll resolve it promptly.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content and Data Insights Reports are the intellectual property of Atlas Gen Ltd. You receive a personal, non‑transferable licence to use your report for your own purchasing decisions. Reuse or redistribution is prohibited without permission.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we exclude liability for (a) loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill; (b) indirect or consequential loss; and (c) any amount exceeding the total fees you paid to us for the report in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Liability

No guarantee of savings
While our reports highlight potential savings based on market data and AI‑powered analysis, we do not guarantee that you will achieve any particular level of savings or that insurers will offer specific prices.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with your use of our services shall be limited to the total membership fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Exclusion of liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss (including loss of savings, data, or business opportunities) arising from the use of our reports.

Consumer rights preserved
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

7. Third‑Party Names

Any insurer names or brands referenced are for information only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an intermediary for those insurers.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
